Global & Local Blocklists

DeliverymanAI protects your deliverability by automatically blocking risky contacts before any email is sent. This prevents damage to your domain reputation and keeps your inboxes healthy over time.

We use two layers of protection: Global Blocklist and Local Blocklist.

Global Blocklist​

The Global Blocklist is a shared safety system used across all DeliverymanAI accounts.

It contains contacts that are known to cause deliverability issues, including:

  • Email addresses and domains with a history of spam complaints
  • Addresses that consistently hard bounce
  • Spam traps and invalid emails flagged as unsafe
  • Known high-risk or abusive domains

These contacts are blocked automatically by DeliverymanAI. You cannot send emails to them, even if they exist in your contact list.

This ensures you never accidentally send to harmful addresses that could reduce inbox placement or get your domain flagged.

Local Blocklist​

The Local Blocklist is specific to your workspace and gives you full control over who you do not want to email again.

It includes:

  • Leads who unsubscribe from your campaigns
  • Contacts who reply with messages like “not interested” or “stop emailing”
  • Email addresses you manually add to prevent future sends

Once a contact is added to your Local Blocklist, DeliverymanAI will permanently stop sending emails to them across all campaigns in your workspace.
