How to remove a Domain/IP address from Spamhaus SBL?
- For the SBL, Spamhaus only communicates with the network administrator or the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that owns the IP range. They do not accept removal requests directly from individual users or small business owners.
- Please visit: https://check.spamhaus.org/
- Enter your blacklisted IP / Domain
- If listed on the SBL, you will see a specific SBL ID (e.g., SBL123456). Click it to see the evidence and the specific requirements for removal
- Contact Your ISP/Hosting Provider. Provide them with the SBL ID and your IP Address
- Provide a detailed explanation of the technical steps you took to fix the issue
- Your ISP/Hosting provider’s abuse team will verify your fix
- They will then contact the Spamhaus SBL team to confirm the issue is resolved and request that the IP be cleared
