Unlimited IP Rotation in All Plans

Clean IPs.
Only vetted senders.

Your emails go out through pre-warmed, monitored IP pools. Risky IPs are rotated out and replaced for you.

Every IP watched.
Bad ones swapped out.

Every IP in the pool is monitored in real time. When one turns risky, it's taken out of rotation automatically, so you never have to fix one yourself.

  • Complaint patterns
  • ISP feedback
  1. If an IP starts showing risk

Real-time monitoring spots rising bounces, complaints or bad ISP feedback.

  2. Traffic moves to healthy IPs

Your campaigns keep sending through the rest of the pool. Nothing to pause.

  3. The risky IP is replaced

It's rotated out automatically and swapped for a healthy one.

No IP settings.
Nothing to manage.

You won't find an IP dashboard in Deliveryman, because there's nothing for you to do with one. Connect a domain, and your mailboxes send through the pool from day one.

The IP work that usually falls on the sender is handled for you, every day, for as long as you send.

Every IP is pre-warmed before it carries mail.

    Done for you

Your reputation isn't
tied to strangers.

On a large shared IP, one careless sender can hurt everyone on it. Deliveryman pools are closed to random senders and managed for you.

Typical shared IP

Anyone can send from it

One bad sender hurts everyone, and you can't pick who shares it.

Deliveryman IP pool

Vetted senders only

Risky senders kept out, and mail spread across warmed IPs.

Risky senders restricted

Accounts with risky behaviour, high bounces or complaints are restricted, so they can't drag the pool down.

Pre-warmed and kept active

Every IP is warmed before it carries your mail and kept active after, so you never start on a cold IP.

Natural rotation

Your volume is spread across several IPs, so no single one carries all your mail.

Why a dedicated IP pool beats a large shared IP

Most tools put you on a big shared IP and hope for the best. In Deliveryman, only vetted senders share your IPs, and every IP is warmed and watched.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a dedicated IP pool?

It's a group of sending IPs controlled by Deliveryman and used only by vetted senders. It isn't open to anyone who signs up, so your reputation isn't tied to strangers' sending habits.

How is this different from shared IPs?

Most cold email tools put users on large shared IPs, with no control over who else sends from them. Deliveryman pools are vetted, monitored and managed for you.

Do I need to set up or manage my IPs?

No. There are no IP settings in Deliveryman. The pools are warmed, monitored and rotated for you, so there's nothing to configure or check.

Who decides who gets into a pool?

Deliveryman does. Senders are vetted, and accounts that show risky behaviour, high bounce rates or complaints are restricted, so they can't damage the pool for everyone else.

What happens if an IP's reputation drops?

Every IP is monitored in real time for bounce rates, complaint patterns and ISP feedback. If one turns risky, traffic is shifted away from it or it's replaced automatically. You don't need to do anything.

Do I need to warm up the IPs?

No. Every IP in the pool is pre-warmed and kept active. Your domains and mailboxes still warm up automatically when you connect them.

Does it cost extra?

No. Dedicated IP pools and automatic IP rotation are included in every plan.
